Membership maintenance:

• Membership accounts are self-managed through the member portal for security and privacy reasons
• Members are responsible for updating payment methods, managing recurring billing, and canceling or suspending memberships through their online account portal

• Patrol signage is an important part of the program and helps officers quickly identify participating homes while on patrol or responding to calls. Members are responsible for maintaining visible signage and requesting replacement signs when needed. Additional or replacement signs may require an additional fee.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Program & Membership Information

Sparkman Patrol ENP is a neighborhood-supported program that coordinates off-duty Dallas Police officers. Participating officers operate under the authority, policies, and procedures of the City of Dallas.

Sparkman Patrol ENP serves solely in an administrative and funding coordination role and does not employ, supervise, or control law enforcement personnel.

Membership operates on a recurring basis. Members are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method and keeping accounts in good standing. Missed or declined payments do not pause membership obligations, and outstanding balances may remain due.

NOTE: Sparkman Patrol ENP administration is a volunteer-supported neighborhood program. Please allow reasonable time for administrative requests, account updates, signage coordination, and non-emergency communications.
