What is Sparkman Patrol?

The Sparkman Patrol Program coordinates armed, uniformed Dallas Police officers to patrol our neighborhood. Officers provide a visible presence by driving through streets and alleys at various times during the day and night, monitoring for suspicious activity, helping deter crime, and responding to calls within the neighborhood.

Program & Membership Information

Sparkman Patrol ENP is a neighborhood-supported program that coordinates off-duty Dallas Police officers. Participating officers are employed by and operate under the authority, policies, and procedures of the City of Dallas. Sparkman Patrol ENP serves solely in an administrative and funding coordination role and does not employ, supervise, or control law enforcement personnel.

Membership operates on a recurring basis. Members are responsible for maintaining a current payment method, and accounts are expected to remain in good standing. Missed or declined payments do not pause membership obligations, and outstanding balances remain due.
